Hardware
Each flagpole comes with an internal stainless steel winch system that includes the following: heavy duty revolving truck bell assembly with .125" stainless steel spindle, 1/8 stainless steel aircraft cable, locking stainless steel internal winch w/ removable handle, beaded retainer ring, counterweight, 2" stainless steel snap hooks, 3/8" Q-links, and flag arrangement.
Engineering
Our Garrison steel flagpoles are engineered to meet ANSI/NAAMM FP-1001-07 guide specifications for design loads of steel flagpoles 80' and above, and are designed and manufactured to meet all local wind codes and ice loading requirements across the United States. We can provide engineering as well as budget cost information for any custom flagpole and or flagpole foundation at an additional cost based on the information provided by the customer.
Paint
Garrison steel flagpoles are first sandblasted to prepare the entire surface of the flagpole to receive epoxy primer. Next, they are coated with a high performance, two-component chemically cured epoxy semi-gloss primer in preparation for painting. Finally, the finish is completed with an aliphatic urethane gloss epoxy which is superior to enamel. This product provides excellent gloss and color retention when used on exterior surfaces exposed to sunlight and rain, and the highly cross-linked formula provides superior abrasion, chemical, and solvent resistance along with an excellent anti-graffiti coating.
Warranty
We offer a 24-month warranty on the flagpole shaft. Due to the fluctuating price of petroleum, which is a major component in the process of fabricating these steel poles, prices are subject to change. Call or email us for current pricing.
