Returns are hassle-free at Flag Station USA
We realize that the item you purchased may not be the right fit for your needs. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original and unused condition. Customized products, cut-to-length halyard, flagpoles over 5 feet and specialty items are not returnable.
In the event that you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@FlagStationUSA.com so that we can provide you with a replacement.
Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions via our contact form. We cannot refund for shipping/handling, and returns incur a 10% restocking fee to cover receiving, re-stocking and processing costs. Companies that offer free returns merely pass those costs along to all customers; we keep our prices low by asking only those who are returning items to help cover those costs. Outbound shipping costs are charged on returned orders that were shipped free.
When returning a product to us, be sure to use a self-funded method of shipping that will ensure delivery confirmation as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email to confirm your refund, and your original method of payment will be credited.
